Data Security
Where is the data stored?
Platform, content and analysis run in certified EU data centres (Azure, Sweden). Specialised functions run outside the EU only under recognised safeguards (Art. 44 ff. GDPR).
What happens to the data?
No AI training — neither by Naven nor by service providers. No employee profiles, no performance or behavioural
How secure is access?
Role-based permissions on a need-to-know basis — you stay in control. Admin access secured by MFA, cryptographic password storage and brute-force protection.
What do you get contractually?
A Data Processing Agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, including technical and organisational measures (TOMs) and a list of sub-processors. Full TOM and DPA documentation available on request.
